Ms. Susan Hyatt is passionate about changing the way we look at ageing and is determined to put her extensive health care and international business expertise to work to provide a very different professional service model for her clients. Silver Sherpa is a lifestyle transitions company delivering trusted planning and coordination advice to seniors and their families as they move through challenging transitions.

She is also President and Chief Executive Officer of HYATTDIO Inc., a global strategy company. As a corporate strategist and trusted advisor to national governments and global technology companies, she has worked in the Asia Pacific, European and Americas regions. In Canada, she was instrumental in the start-up of the country’s Electronic Health Records efforts.

Susan has served on several Boards of Directors and Commissions in Canada, Australia, Ireland and the United States. She is a member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives, the International Federation on Ageing, the Healthcare Information and Management Society (US), the Oakville Chamber of Commerce, the Estate Planning Council of Halton and the Verity Club in Toronto. She has recently been appointed by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Halton to their Older Adult Advisory Committee.

Susan holds post-graduate certification in Negotiations from Harvard Law School/ MIT and a Masters in Business Administration with a specialty in International Business from Griffith University, Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy specializing in critical care/trauma from the University of Toronto where she taught in the Faculty of Medicine.
